Skills Explained

Petalis’ ultimate skill is called Charmflower, which damages all enemies in a wide area. In addition to the damage, it also applies the charm effect. This causes enemies to lose control and move toward Petalis, disrupting their formation and leaving them vulnerable. It is both a damaging and controlling ability that can turn the tide of a battle.

Her active skill is Sacred Lotus, which creates a shield on multiple allies. The strength of the shield scales with Petalis’ attack stat, meaning her offensive power directly increases her defensive value. While the shield is active, it also prevents silence and knockback, making it incredibly strong in PvP where crowd control is common. If the shield breaks early, it deals damage to enemies, adding another layer of utility.

The Flourish skill enhances Sacred Lotus by creating stacks of sunlight. Each stack strengthens the shield created by Sacred Lotus, and these stacks are generated whenever nearby allies cast their own skills. The ability to stack up to eight times ensures that her shields can become incredibly powerful in longer battles.

Her fourth skill, Sakura Rain, is both offensive and defensive in nature. It creates a rain effect for six seconds that increases the damage dealt by her team while at the same time lowering the attack speed of the enemy. This skill not only empowers your team’s damage but also reduces the enemy’s ability to respond quickly.

The Twin Lotus passive is one of her most valuable traits. When an allied hero drops below 20% health, Petalis sacrifices 20% of her own HP to grant that ally a powerful shield equal to 10% of their maximum health. The shield absorbs 80% of incoming damage for six seconds. If you are running a full Nature team, the shield value can rise to 20%. This makes Petalis an outstanding hero for keeping fragile allies alive during clutch moments.

As a Mythic hero, Petalis unlocks a sixth skill at Plat Star One called Fox Spirit Secrets. This passive grants all Nature heroes in your team both a damage reduction and a damage increase.

At its maximum level, this skill provides up to nine percent extra damage dealt and nine percent less damage taken, making full Nature teams exceptionally strong when she is included.

Ultimate Weapon

Petalis’ ultimate weapon is called Fox Spirit. When activated, it summons a spirit that possesses one ally, increasing their damage by a percentage of Petalis’ attack. If that ally dies, the spirit automatically moves to another ally after a short delay. Because the effect is tied to Petalis’ attack stat, upgrading her weapon and boots is critical to maximizing both the shielding strength and the damage amplification for her allies.

Bond Synergies and Lineup Changes

Petalis forms a 15% damage reduction bond when paired with Monk and Tide Collar, which can significantly increase team survivability. However, her inclusion often comes at the cost of removing Sage, who provides a 10% damage increase bond. The trade-off is between more offensive buffs from Sage and more shields, sustain, and crowd control prevention from Petalis.

Some players experiment with replacing Pixie instead of Sage, but this is riskier. Removing Pixie means losing not only bonds but also a major source of DPS. Current testing suggests that the best approach is to keep Pixie in the lineup and replace Sage with Petalis. While you lose a small damage increase bond, the added shields, sustain, and utility more than make up for it in most situations.

Petalis is a support powerhouse who adds immense value to Nature teams. She offers team-wide shielding, prevents silence and knockback, disrupts enemies with charm effects, and saves allies with her Twin Lotus passive. On top of that, her Mythic-exclusive skill and ultimate weapon push Nature heroes to a new level of survivability and damage output.
